Initial Pelvic Floor Assessment - $200

A pelvic floor evaluation (60-90 mins)is a comprehensive assessment used to identify issues with the muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues that support the bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs. This evaluation helps determine the cause of symptoms such as pelvic pain, incontinence, or prolapse, and guides personalized treatment plans for improved pelvic health. $200

60 minute Follow-up Visit - $175

A follow-up pelvic floor visit focuses on monitoring your progress and refining your treatment plan based on how your body is responding. Treatment often includes manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue massage and targeted therapeutic exercises to improve muscle function, reduce discomfort, and support long-term pelvic health. This visit is also a chance to address any new concerns and ensure you're on track toward your goals. **Telehealth available - $100 per 30 min session**
